Applies the Southport (Broadridge) house typography to typeset EDGAR HTML. Style attributes only — text content, redline <R> tags, and Page/Sequence/Split-Segment markers are never touched. All processing is local; files never leave this computer.

Transformations Normalize all font families to Times New Roman PS Std, serif (Times/Calibri/Arial/Liberation Sans stacks) Add line-height: 12pt to 10pt paragraphs Cover heading sizes: 16pt → 10pt, 18pt → 16pt Convert 2pt/1pt Rule-Page borders to 6px double rule Center body in a 540pt text column

Content check strips all tags/comments and compares the remaining text before vs. after — it must read “unchanged” on every file before filing. Output keeps the original filename. If your tool re-cuts at Split-Segment markers, the 540pt column lives on the BODY style attribute of the first segment only.
